On The 3rd of September 2024, as the Brand Ambassador of TDC in Kenya, had the privilege of meeting with Her Excellency the Ambassador of Burundi in Kenya. The primary objective of this visit was to establish a collaborative relationship between TDC and the Burundian Embassy, aiming to enhance the representation of Burundian youth at professional events in Kenya.
During our meeting, we discussed several key points:
1. *Professional Event Participation*: We requested the Ambassador’s support in inviting TDC to participate in various professional events hosted by the Burundian Embassy. This inclusion will allow us to better represent the interests and contributions of Burundian youth in Kenya.
2. *TDC Goals and Initiatives*: We outlined TDC’s mission to promote the cultural beauty of Burundi and bolster external trade, particularly focusing on the promotion and sale of Burundian food products in Kenya. The goal is to create a greater appreciation and market for Burundian products in the Kenyan market.
Her Excellency responded positively to our proposals. She expressed willingness to involve TDC in upcoming professional activities and confirmed her support for our initiatives aimed at fostering bilateral relations and promoting Burundian culture and trade in Kenya.
This meeting marks a significant step in strengthening the ties between TDC and the Burundian Embassy, paving the way for fruitful collaborations that will benefit both the Burundian community and the broader Kenyan market.
